Vitty is a specialist in Intercultural Leadership and Executive Education.

With nearly a decade inside the French Grande École ecosystem and close to twenty years in international education and corporate collaboration, she works with senior executives, multinational companies, and academic institutions across Europe and Asia.

Having lived 21 years in China and 21 years in France, she embodies a rare and deeply integrated dual cultural perspective. This background gives her an in-depth, lived understanding of the leadership, decision-making, communication, and organizational dynamics unique to both environments.
